The owner
Cactus LLC is owned and run by Tino Cayetano Mejia. Raised in Guerrero, Mexico, he has worked outdoor properties since the 2000s — more than two decades of hands-on experience. He lives in the Snohomish area and has built properties here, so he knows how this ground drains, when the first freeze lands, and what a wet March does to a slope.
Tino answers the phone himself. He walks every property before a number is quoted, sets the standard the crew is held to, and checks the work before it is called finished. That is why the list of properties stays short — and why you will always know the person looking after yours.

Heavy work
Paver patios, retaining walls, walkways, steps, and drainage that holds up to Pacific Northwest winters. We handle grading, base preparation, and compaction properly — the part nobody sees is the part that determines whether a patio is still level in ten years. Every job is quoted on site after we look at your soil, your slope, and where your water actually goes.

Large-diameter removals, technical takedowns near structures, canopy reduction, and storm damage response. Tight access, close quarters, and trees other outfits would rather not quote. We assess reach, drop zones, and what sits underneath before anything is cut, and we clean the site down to raked ground before we leave.

Cedar, vinyl, and chain link, set on posts that are dug and set to depth. Property-line fencing, privacy runs, and gates that still swing true after a wet season. We walk the line with you first so there are no surprises about where the fence lands.

Properties on our list are looked after through the whole calendar — not booked job by job.
When the weather closes in, access is the whole problem. We clear residential driveways, private drives, walkways, and parking pads, and we run east into the I-90 corridor — Snoqualmie and the surrounding stretch — where snow arrives heavier and earlier than it does in the valley. Call before the first system lands to arrange service for the season.
